About Us

Who we are

Numoo Organization for Peace and Development (NOPD) is a youth-led civil society organization made up of young women and men. Founded in 2023 and registered as a non-profit in 2026, it works to advance peace and development, build capacity, and strengthen community participation.

Its participatory and flexible management structure gives young people and women broader representation in decision-making, reinforcing transparency, accountability, and collective leadership across every programme and initiative.

Our vision

An active, cohesive civil society that leads sustainable development and builds just peace.

Our mission

To support and build the capacity of civil society organizations and local initiatives through training, partnerships, and advocacy — in order to achieve social justice and sustainable development.
